Whenever possible, occupants, children, contractors, cleaners, and other vendors should leave during capture so the photographer can work efficiently and avoid people appearing in the media.

Secure pets in a safe area that will not be photographed or remove them from the property during the appointment. Tell the photographer about any animals or access concerns in advance.
